January is always a popular time to begin a new workout regime. We want everyone to know that we are here to help, motivate and provide GREAT options for anyone getting started or to those that are fitness center regulars!!!!
Below is a list of just some the activities we are planning for the spring semester. Stop by the fitness center for more information about these activities and other things going on in the fitness center this semester.
FEBRUARY
Racquetball Tournament– Feb. 6th– 9th
Open Rec Night– Feb. 17th -7-10pm
MARCH
Wellness Assessment/Health Week– Mar. 5th– 9th

APRIL
Wellness Week/ SMC Fitness Center Triathlon– Apr. 2nd– 6th
Open Rec Night– Apr. 14th
4 V 4 Volleyball Challenge– Apr. 23rd– 27th
Group Fitness Classes BEGIN: MONDAY JANUARY 30th. This semester you will be able to participate in a variety of classes including Zumba, Spin, Yoga, Pilates, Boot camp, MMA Conditioning and Crossfit Club just to name a few. We are also continuing to offer Personal Training services. If you are interested in this service please come to the fitness center and fill out a personal training request form.
