Bootcamp- Thursday’s- 7-8pm
Zumba- Monday’s & Wednesday’s- 7-8pm
Spin- Monday’s 3:30-4:30pm, Wednesday’s -5 -6pm
Gorilla Drills- Tuesday’s 5-6pm
* Please note: All Spin and Gorilla Drills classes require a class ticket because of limited bikes and space. You can pick up your ticket at the downstairs fitness center desk ONE hour prior to the start of class.

DESCRIPTIONS OF CLASSES
Bootcamp
Bootcamp is a total body workout designed to get your heart pumping! Build endurance and strength with a variety of movements and challenges, can be adapted to any fitness level or ability.
Zumba
Zumba combines upbeat Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away!!!!
Spin
This is a high-intensity stationary bike workout that enhances cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. The instructor will lead the group through rides with motivating music and challenging drills. Participants select their own intensity through varying bike positions and tension.
Gorilla Drills
This 1 hour class is aimed at building functional strength and explosive power, all while sending your endurance through the roof. A majority of the class work will be striking and ground work, plyometrics, and body/free weight training (all striking and ground work will be shadowed, on a bag, or with mitts).
